City of Kobe, the capital city of Hyogo prefecture, is located in the Kansai region at the southern coast of Japan's main island. The Seattle-Kobe sister relationship was established in 1957 and was the first partnership for both cities.

    Visit participating Japanese Restaurants from this list! Enjoy dishes in tribute to Kobe’s local cuisine and sake made in Hyogo prefecture.

    Visit at least two participating restaurants and compose at least two posts (one per restaurant. main feed) that;

    (a) include the hashtag #kobefair and

    (b) tag the participating restaurants you have visited.

    If the restaurant does not have a social media account, you must include the name of the restaurant in your post.
