Ingredients
Instant Ramen 1pack
Instant Popcorn 1pack
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Aonori (dried green seaweed) to taste
Sesame (Either black or white) to taste -
Smash instant ramen with a sake bottle
Take the instant ramen noodles out of the bag and put them into a zip-top bag. Smash the noodles with a sake bottle.Stir fry the instant ramen over low heat.
Add all the seasonings except Aonori in a frying pan over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down.
Make popcorn separately and mix it with the instant ramen mixture.

Anything you want to put in miso soup -
Make dashi
Soak kombu and shiitake in water for at least 30 minutes.Cook the kombu and mushroom water over low heat for 10 to 15 mins until small bubbles appear.
Take out the kombu and shiitake mushrooms
Add ingredients that need to be heated.
e.g. sausage.Add miso paste
Add other ingredients
e.g, Tofu, Green onion, Lettuce
